Typefaces are served from our own server. Opening the site establishes no connection to Google Fonts or any other third party.

When the site is opened, the hosting provider automatically records access data in log files: IP address, date and time, page requested, volume of data transferred, referrer, and browser and operating system details.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website. The data is deleted after 30 days at the latest and is not combined with other sources.

If you use the form on the contact page we process the details you enter: name, association, email address, phone number where given, indications of member numbers, facility status and cultivation area, and your message.

The purpose is solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The details are sent to us by email and retained there until the purpose of storage ceases. Statutory commercial and tax retention periods remain unaffected. The data is not passed to third parties.
